The change of behaviour in Dorkmania

Pandemics, viruses, lockdowns, you name it. The people of Dorkmania have had to endure a lot in recent years. Recent studies have shown that this has caused some change in residents' behaviour.

More cautious than ever

Due to the various situations, residents are more cautious than ever before. Over the past few years, Dorkmania residents have become increasingly anxious. Here, we can talk about the fear of slurs, social anxiety, and much more. This is ultimately a logical reaction, but definitely, an issue that we cannot continue to ignore. They literally lock themselves away so as not to face any risk or danger in any possible way. They only get out for the essentials like shopping, work, and doctor's appointments. Otherwise, they spend a lot of time with close relatives and stay indoors. Here, they feel safe and calm.

Consequences of isolation

Of course, this has specific implications for human behavior. Staying inside and interacting with the same people all the time creates a form of social anxiety. People forget how to communicate with others and lose their social skills. Dorkmanians become increasingly anti-social and shy. Especially for the younger generation, this is a problem that needs to be addressed. After all, they do not develop social skills in any way. These are elements that can cause greater and more dramatic consequences later on.

According to doctors and psychologists, it is not too late. Human beings are and always will be social creatures. The Dorkmanians, on the other hand, say they do not think change is necessary and do not want to deal with the situation.

Is the society of Dorkmania heading towards complete isolation or is there still hope for social togetherness? That is the question in these bizarre times. Either way, it will be a complicated but hopefully good story.
