Things are starting to look up again after the deadly Andromeda virus popped up 2 months ago. Dorkmanian scientists claim they have developed a vaccine which is 99.99% effective against the virus. Scientists had been working round the clock to prevent the impact of the virus and their work seems to have paid off.

About the Andromeda virus

The Andromeda virus first appeared in September of this year. Since we found out about the virus, scientists have made it their number one priority. The Andromeda virus has, on average, a 4 per cent chance of being fatal. Around 80 per cent of people that have the virus also experience symptoms. Symptoms of the Andromeda virus being headaches, nauseousness and needing more sleep.

Luckily we have been able to keep the virus relatively under control in Dorkmania. The total death toll in Dorkmania is 102 people. This number could have been much worse if we hadn’t put a variety of restrictions and protocols in effect when the virus first showed up.
